SCHEDULE:  Onsite Registration opens at 7:30 a.m.

                        Competition begins at 9:00 a.m.

ENTRY FEE:  ONLINE REGISTRATION IS CLOSED. 

 

Onsite registration will be available the day of competition.  

 

Online:  Adult Men/Women: $28; Juniors $12                     

Mail In and Onsite:  Adult Men/Women: $33; Juniors $17

                                              

Additional events -- $15/event when applicable

                         

*Note: Unlicensed riders must purchase a 1-day license for $10 on site

 

ENTRY DEADLINE: June 23, 2010

 

LATE FEE: $5 applies after June 7, 2010. 

ON-SITE REGISTRATION: Available the day of the event. All registration ends 15 minutes prior to the start of each event.

NOTE: Novice ages are as of June 27, 2010. The promoter reserves the right to combine fields.

 

ELIGIBILITY: North Carolina and South Carolina residents of 30 days or more are eligible for State Games medals. All participants must be amateurs.

 

COURSE INFORMATION: The course will be located in Downtown Mooresville.  Course details will be provided soon.

MAIL IN FORMS:

  Use the entry form (available for download in the PDF above).

  Enter the event name in Part 1.

  Enter your USA Cycling number in Part 2.

  Enter the enclosed fee in Part 3.

  An appropriate signature must be included on the Agreement to Participate.

 

REGISTRATION AND OTHER DETAILS:

  • Registration opens at 7:30 a.m. and will close 15 minutes prior to the start of each event.
  •  If you are registering on-site, the link for venue directions is located to the left of this screen.
  • Annual licenses may be purchased on the day of the race.
  • Riders who are eligible may enter additional races for $15 per race.
  • Each rider must wear a securely fastened ANSI, Snell, CPSC or other approved helmet at all times while riding a bicycle at the event.
  • Handlebars with ends that point forward or upward or provide forearm support are not permitted.
  • Jersey sleeves must cover upper arms and shoulders. Field limit is 100 for all USCF classes except Elite 1/2/3 is 100.
  • Field limit is 50 for all novice, Cat 4m and Cat 4wmn, Field limit of 75 for Masters Men and juniors which included Cat 5 racers.
  • Free laps will expire at 5 laps to go; neutral support will be provided with wheels in/wheels out. All USCF rules will apply.
  • Parking will be available in close proximity to the race course.
  • Bathroom facilities will be provided at the race site.
  • Please place trash in the appropriate containers.

 


 

AWARDS: The top three finishers in each race will receive gold, silver and bronze medals.  Medals will be awarded at the conclusion of each race. Only North Carolina residents of 30 days or more are eligible for State Games medals.
