Saturday, June 19 - Sunday, June 20
ENTRY FEE:
$300 per team ($280 online)

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: Registration will open up on February14th


OR FOR MAIL IN ENTRIES:
• When registration is available, coaches should use the team reservation form located in the PDF at the top of this page.
• After completing the information on the bottom half of the page, check Lacrosse, Youth in the “Sport Entered” section, and enter the appropriate division.
• Reservation form and fee must be received by the State Games office on or before May 23.
• After your team reservation form and fee are received, you will receive a confirmation of your entry which will include more specific information.

SPECIAL INFORMATION: Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.

AGE CLARIFICATION:   
U15 Division teams will consist of players that participated on the Middle School level or were eligible to participate on the Middle School level during the spring season 2010.  U13 Division teams will consist of players that participated on the Elementary School level or Middle School level that did not turn 13 before January 1st, 2010.

U11 Division teams will consist of players that participated on the Elementary School level of Middle School level that did not turn 11 before January 1st 2010.

FORMAT: Will be consistent with other youth lacrosse tournaments. The format will be determined based on the number of teams that enter. In the event of a tie after regulation, a 5 minute overtime will be played. If pool play is used, the tie-breaker will be: 
1. Head-to-Head
2. Goals Allowed
3. Goals Scored
4. Coin Flip
Forfeits will be scored 3-0.

AWARDS: Gold, silver and bronze medals will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams in each division.
