Women may play in the men’s divisions.
Note: If only two teams register in a division, the teams will decide whether to play or not play. If the teams decide to play, a partial refund will be granted.

• Coaches should use the team reservation form located in the PDF at the top of this page.
• After completing the information on the bottom half of the page, check Adult Soccer in the “Sport Entered” section, and enter the appropriate division.
• Reservation form and fee must be received by the Powerade State Games office on or before May 9.
• After your team reservation form and fee are received, you will receive a
confirmation of your entry which will include more specific information.
SPECIAL INFORMATION: Teams will be guaranteed a minimum of 3 matches.
RULES: All Powerade State Games matches will be played in accordance with the laws of the game as issued by FIFA. The following rules will supplement the Laws of the Game.
ELIGIBILITY
• Minimum recommended age is 17 (determined by age as of December 31, 2010). All 30-and-over players must be 30 years old or older as of December 31, 2010. All 40-and-over players must be 40 years old or older as of December 31, 2010. All 50-and-over players must be 50 years old or older as of December 31, 2010.
• No roster changes will be allowed after the captain/coach submits the final roster at check-in, no later than one hour before your first match. All paperwork must be completed and turned in with the team registration, even if a player is not arriving for the team’s first game. All players will be required to show IDs to the referees prior to each match.
ROSTER SIZE
• A team may register a maximum of 20 players and 3 coaches.
DURATION OF PLAY
• Two equal halves of 35 minutes will be played in all divisions. There will be a 5-minute halftime. Matches may be shortened at the discretion of the coordinator in the event of inclement weather. The official clock will not stop for any reason except by a referee’s judgement, in cases such as the removal of an injured player from the field. If the time is longer than 10 minutes, it shall be up to game management officials as to whether the time will be made up. In the event of high temperatures, the referees will stop play for water breaks at the midway point in each half.
BRACKET ALLOCATIONS
• Bracket allocations will be determined by Powerade State Games management officials based on the number of entries received in each division.
BRACKET STANDINGS
• Bracket standings will be determined by the following point system:
6 points for a WIN 1 point for a SHUTOUT
3 points for a TIE 0 points for a LOSS
1 point for EACH GOAL (MAX. OF 3) 10 POINTS MAXIMUM PER MATCH
