LATE FEE: $5 for all registrations received after Friday, May 18, 2010
ON-SITE REGISTRATION: None in this sport.
ROUTINES: The State Games Gymnastics competition will be following USAG Level 1, 2, and 3 routines. For more information regarding these routines, you can go to http://www.usa-gymnastics.org/ or ask your club coach.
FORMAT:
· Girls will compete on all four events: VAULT, BARS, BEAM and FLOOR.
· Gymnasts should enter the State Games through their gymnastics club/school.
· Both individual and team/club entrants must follow the entry instructions below.
ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS FOR INDIVIDUALS AND/OR TEAMS:
INDIVIDUAL ONLINE ENTRY FEE ($52):
· Online Registration will be available beginning February 14.
· Both clubs and individuals may register online.
· Please enter you team or club name in the specified area. If you are not a member or a team or club, please write un-attached.
· Clubs/teams may enter multiple entries on one Credit Card transaction.
· Visa and MasterCard only
Online Instructions for Teams larger than 10 Gymnasts
· Click on the Team Registration link to begin your registration (available Feb. 14).
· The contact information page is assuming you are the Coach or the Credit Card holder. This information is required to proceed to the next page.
· This part is easy. You will be asked to enter the gender code and the division. These drop-down boxes only have one choice so just click and move on.
· Next you will enter the total number of gymnasts that you will be entering into the State Games Gymnastics Competition.
· Enter your Team/Club/Gym Name.
· The Registration system will now calculate the total amount you owe.
· Making sure that all the information entered is correct, click continue to move on to the Credit Card page. Remember, Visa and MasterCard only!
· Follow the step by step instructions and you are done! You should receive an email confirmation within 24hours.
· REQUIRED!! Now that you have successfully registered, you will need to provide the State Games Office with your gymnasts contact information (name, address, city, state, zip code, and email) and what USGA Level they will be competing in. This can be done by email or in excel format.

FOR MAIL ALL IN ENTRIES ($57):
· Both Clubs and Individuals may use the Gymnastics Entry Form, which will be available soon.
· Please enter you team or club name in the specified area. If you are not a member or a team or club, please write “un-attached.”
· In Part 1, please enter your event(s) and routine level.
· Enter your 2009-2010 USAG competition level (if applicable) on line 1 of Part 2.
· In part 3 please enter the total amount enclosed for this event.
· An appropriate signature must be included on the Agreement to Participate. If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must sign the form.
AWARDS: Medals will be awarded in the following fashion:
Each event will reward individual medals in each age division as follows:
o Top third – Gold
o Middle Third – Silver
o Bottom Third – Bronze
**In addition to the format above, the top three all around finishers in each division will receive an additional Gold, Silver, or Bronze medal.
